After pre-ordering £50 of food I went to collect it, and asked for a bag seeing as there was so much of it. I was told they were 20p. I asked to pay this by card, they said no, not for that amount. I asked what I would need to buy in order to purchase the bag. They said that wasn't the point. The conversation apparently over, I waited for them to give me the bag. Instead, the woman simply said 'Shall I open the door for you?' Reader, I declined. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
