My husband, daughter, and I come here 2-3 times a week and we get our usual drink and it’s always amazing and the staff is always great. Though today when I went, I was taken off guard by the employee working the cashier. She was pretty rude and mocked me by the way I ordered my drink and proceeded to tell her coworker and laugh. When it came to getting my drink, she just slid it, laughed some more, and couldn’t even bother saying the name of the drink to make sure it was mine or not. I noticed how my drink specifically looked very lighter and just tasted like straight milk. I’m just shocked this all happened because I have no idea why I was treated that way.
