This morning I ate at Sophia's Kitchen! This is a very clean, moderately large restaurant! The wait staff are friendly, and check on the customers regularly! I met the owners daughter, names Sophia after her grandmother for which the restaurant is named. The food I ordered was not on the menu, but they made it specially to order. It was fantastic! I had a corned beef omelet with swiss cheese, and mushrooms. I recommend if you are in the area of Grand Blanc, and want a great dining experience, try Sophia's Kitchen! I am confident you will be very satisfied!
