What I like about the green tea coffee cube latte is that it forces you slow down. You can't just suck down your coffee drink and go. You have to wait and let your ice cubes melt and release more coffee and flavor into your drink as you sip it so you have to linger. You can talk with your companions, study, read or just sit and ruminate. Life is sometimes so rushed so I appreciate this.

It's Monday and I am still thinking about the coffee I had at Soricha on Sunday. It was unique, tasty and memorable. I ordered the iced green tea coffee cube latte with oatmilk.  I further exhanged the shot of expresso with a shot of roasted dandelion to reduce my caffeine intake. The drink comes fully made unlike as described by yelpers in years past when it came in parts so you could mix the milk, ice cubes and green tea into desired proportions. It makes it less instagrammable but the drink itself did not disappoint. It had an unfamiliar taste because of the roasted dandelion. Someone said roasted dandelion tastes like coffee. It does somewhat but not really. It has a bit of a mushroomy flavor too. It is really, really good though and I thought about it all day during work today wishing I could have it again. As the coffee ice cubes melt, the drink proportions change, which slightly changes its flavor too in an interesting way. It does not get watered down since additional coffee is added. We also ordered the iced coffee cube latte which was creamy and delicious We then tried the rice cake waffle. It was crunchy and very sweet with the rice syrup. I want to go back and try many of the other teas and coffees there. Prices are steep but the drinks are tasty and you are paying for an experience. Service is excellent, bathrooms are super clean and the decor is traditional Korean. The walls could use a coat of paint as they are plain white and marked up with things that have bumped the paint over time. However, I am glad such a tea house exists that marries traditonal Korean teas with western coffee culture. It's a great concept and reminds of the reinterpreted traditional/ modern fusion tea houses you can find nowadays in the historic districts in Korea. Definitely a place worth trying.

Amazing food and service! Recommend getting their tea & bing-soo. Ambience is very cute with a Korean-themed vibe to it.
