If you ever feel like spending money at places that have 0 respect for their customers, you should order from Spaghetti Company. We made an order through takeaway, and a manager from the restaurant called my fiance to let her know that they will not be delivering the order. The manager advised her that she has to contact Takeaway herself to get the order cancelled and refunded. The manager kept an impolite, imposing tone, as if we are at fault because we made the order, and complained she cannot cancel the order from her takeaway tablet. I called back the manager to let them know that this is improper and that they need to contact takeaway and get the order cancelled themselves. She tried to say she cannot cancel the order from the tablet , but she will “do us a favour” and call takeaway to cancel the order, even though she “knows how the conversation will go”, while still keeping a passive aggressive tone of voice and inflection. Only after that did the order get cancelled. Top notch customer service. Bravo!
