Dear Sparkling Bistro team! This is our first review that we are writing. We were so excited last night that we wanted to make this known again. We were so incredibly pampered and well looked after all evening with excellent food and extremely lovely people. We would like to highlight Lotte from the sommelier team. She also served us the non-alcoholic food accompaniment very charmingly. Truly a pleasure. The conversation with the “chef de cuisine” Jürgen Wolfsgruber was very authentic and informal. We have rarely had such a lovely evening in a restaurant and will certainly recommend it to others. The Sparkling Bistro also knows how to surprise and delight experienced connoisseurs with every single course. It was another great journey into the unlimited world of flavors from Jürgen Wolfsgruber, who experiments wonderfully and always stays on the carpet. It must be a magic carpet... An evening in a class of its own. We went to the sparkling bistro for the first time on Saturday, but we've heard a lot of good things about it. We weren't disappointed. On the contrary. It was a thoroughly successful evening! The service was very attentive and always on point. We really enjoyed Nicolas Spanier's wine recommendations and they were perfectly matched to the individual courses. And the food was amazing. Jürgen's cuisine is uncompromisingly good when it comes to the quality and workmanship of the individual products as a whole. He managed to expand our culinary horizons once again and was able to inspire us with his enthusiasm for his work. The pancake with apricot jam at the end was brilliant, thank you!! We would love to come back for dinner and would also love to sit down at the bar with you.
