The room was advertised with a kitchen and a spa. The kitchen consisted of a microwave and a fridge. It is in breach of Australian Consumer Law to advertise a product or service and not provide it. Given there was no kitchen and the spa was unusable, they were in breach. The spa was unusable because there was no plug and they deliberately had the hot water disconnected. Interested to find out what the owner has to say about this review as they were very defensive about negative reviews. PS The staff were unhelpful as they didn't tell me where the room was and I had to lug my suitcase around the building trying to find my room. I had to go back to reception to enquire and then lug my suitcase upstairs. I am responding to the owners answer. The booking was in my husband's name. The advertisement had kitchen ticked so we expected a kitchen. Didn't even have a toaster or crockery. We know when we have been chiselled and you won't get a second opportunity.

Dear Guest, there is no advertisement of kitchen in any of the queen room. If you have book a normal room how you can expect a spa. if you need a spa next time please book spa room . And moreover we did not have any booking under your name.

Booked King Room with Spa Bath on 01.08.2026. Wanted a spa option as it is winter, but ended up not having time to enjoy so wont' be able to rate that part. Pictures and description matched. Probably should have done more research, the building is quite small and compact, it does have it charm and lucky it is low season, because there is limited parking but we still got spot to park (travelling with each of our cars). Special mention for the TV. A little bit shocked, a TV who is actually working and have smart connect lol. Cons : Sound isolation is really bad. You will hear everyone talk + cars on Deakin Ave. It's okay for a short stay.
