great food, absolute worst service. There's one lady every time we go there and she's terrible which worries me greatly because she seems to be one of the senior staff and she trains the younger workers. She's not good with money and on a number of occasions short changed us. once even ended up arguing with us and another time rudely telling the trainee boy serving us to wait for her to take our money, he gave us our food, she gave us our coffee and that was the end. No one had taken our money. After waiting there for some time trying to regain the staffs attention to fix up our bill we just went and sat down. Happy to pay the bill if anyone had realized the mistake and come and grabbed us but no one ever came. If the food wasn't absolutely fantastic i'd never go back, I hate going there because i'm sick of the service i receive whenever i go there. Thumbs down service. Thumbs up food!
