Do not eat here! I was a guest at hotel and wanted to a quick dinner. Since I was not feeling like walking I decided to eat here. Big mistake. Food was cold and tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. No taste to the food whatsoever. Drinks came after a long time, cider wasn't even cold since they forgot to stock the fridge. Was really he worst food anywhere in London

Very poor. They call a cheese pizza a margarita pizza. They need to learn what one is

This was one of the worst experiences that I've ever had. If there was an option for no stars, that is what it would deserve!!!!Firstly, we arrived and asked for a high chair to be told they didn't have any. It was getting late so we just said 'no worries and our child sat in the buggy. It took forever to get a drink, so we ordered our food straight away. After 25 minutes, we asked how long the food was going to be and was told, it would be a further 10-15 minutes. It was now 20:00!!We were also told that there was only one chef on as the other two had called in sick!!!I was getting frustrated at this point as my little one was hungry and it was getting later and later. When the food eventually came, it was cold and undercooked. The only thing that was at the correct temperature was the mash potatoes, they couldn't even get the vegetables right. My husband ordered pizza and that was literally STONE COLD.I sent my food back minus the only edible thing on the plate (the potatoes) and asked the waitress to take it back as it was undercooked. She apologised and took it away.Ten minutes later it came back and everything was still the same. I asked her to take it away and off of the bill, it was now 20:50!She apologised and took it away. She then rang someone who said I'd need to pay for half of the bill (bearing in mind that I didn't eat and gave the mash to my hungry child). My husband took 1 bite out of his cold and nasty pizza.I asked to speak to the manager to which I was told, they were all in a meeting and couldn't come down. At that time of night, really? I told the waitress that under no circumstances was I paying for the food, having waited excessively for it and being undercooked. She made another call and I was told that if I refused, the police would be called. At this point, the other diners began complaining too. In total there were six of us dining. The couple behind complained as their food was cold and incomplete and the person behind them waited in excess of 40 minutes for soup, which he had to send back as it was cold. I went outside for a cigarette and the manager came over and spoke to my husband. He put up a fight a first and then agreed that we'd all just pay for our drinks. We were unaware that this restaurant was a part of a hotel and wasn't open to the public. The gentleman that was staying spoke to reception (This is why a manager came out)I have never encountered such rubbish and will not be returning, had I read the review before hand, I would have gone back to our own hotel and got food there. This ruined our trip as it was our last night. Through this, I must say that the waitress was lovely none of this was her fault. However, the management need to review who they employ and if having an agency chef in when no one else is around, they need at least, basic knowledge of how to cook. Thoroughly disappointing!!!
