I have been going to St-Albert Cheese since I was a little girl (I used to live around the corner from it). This is still my go to cheese, as well as my favorite brand of cheese. The restaurant, ice cream, and store are a must visit, as well as going upstairs to view the cheesemaking process, and learning the history of the factory (new and old)
