I'm giving one star because I can't give less. I took my family here for a night to celebrate. We ordered the AYCE chicken wings, a full rack of ribs and a chicken poutine. The AYCE chicken came back first and my wife wanted to taste one to see if she should get it, the manager came running to tell us that if my wife wanted wings she can't have any of mine, she had to order her own. After insulting us, we still decided to stay and try to salvage our meal, big mistake. There was only one server who was paying any attention, the food tasted like rubber tires with sauce, even when I ordered a refill on my AYCE chicken I had to wait over 10 minutes before the manager came and dropped off my refill, a small plate with 4 pieces of the rubber chicken on it. That was the last straw - thanks St. Louis for ruining a celebratory dinner. If you are looking for a place to eat and enjoy, keep driving on, there are plenty of restaurants with actual food and service in the area. Addendum: I ordered the AYCE for myself, not for the 2 kids under 5 who shared the ribs and not for my wife who got the chicken poutine for herself. She tasted the sauce off of one wing and decided against buying her own or even eating the poutine she got herself, a few minutes passed and then you came to talk to her about sharing when I had my wings in front of me and was very much eating them on my own, she wasn't eating my wings and she definitely wasn't sharing them with me. Again, absolutely rude and insinuating that we were planning on sharing an AYCE meal since we got there. She didn't even eat one. You can keep your fake apology. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Firstly, when it comes to the all-you-can-eat promo, sharing is not permitted. This is no different than any other ayce or buffet style fare that you will find elsewhere, and is a way to manage costs. The server had mentioned this rule to you when you had ordered one all you can eat for the family, and when I saw your wife eat off of your plate, I politely reminded you of this, as it's our policy to remind anyone of this rule when we see someone sharing, to ensure that they are aware, in the event they continue to do so. As I mentioned then, I had no way of telling if you were sharing or just 'tasting' as you put it, but the rule remains intact. As for insulting you, once again I'll apologize, though I can say with certainty that I had approached you as respectfully and diplomatically as I do every other time this happens. If you felt slighted by me reminding you of the rule I truly regret that. Secondly, regarding the flavour and texture of the chicken, I only wish you had let me know your dissatisfaction during one the multiple times I had checked on you, and as for the time it took, generally our boneless chicken takes about eight minutes to cook up to safe serving temperature, so about a ten minute wait is not uncommon, and again, I wish you had expressed your concerns with me.More

If there's less than one star rating, I'd choose it. Very disappointing experience. Extremely rude staff, bad food quality. I'll never be there again. Price per person: CA$70–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
