I don't get the hype of these bagels, they taste pretty mediocre, maybe Montreal bagels aren't my thing. Staff was friendly and they gave me one right out of the oven so it was warm and fresh! The first time, I did not know that they only take cash. I try to find cash in my wallet and it did not enough. The cashier let me owe her 50 cent. Then I found out they have a atm. I took some cash and back to give her. Honestly, you should buy it fresh. Lots of people experienced the bagels frozen is hard to eat. I bought some fresh ones and love so much the blueberry.
