Fresh local and creative fare with special menu items that keep you coming back. I had their special Roast Beef and Kohlrabi Sandwich which was tasty with a couple green and black olives for an accented complement. Very creative place worthy of a drive. There are a number of places like Standard Fare spread around the Bay Area. Places like Tartine, Jane the Bakery, and the like. Every neighborhood is lucky to have these bakery/lunch spots adorning the streets with wafts of homemade bread and other handmade confectioneries. It’s places like these that give the neighborhood a personality, a feel, a vibe.
