Starbucks is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. The atmosphere is exotic, as people see it. Great coffee, friendly staff, and incredible service. Pretty standard for Starbucks and the drive-thru seemed very efficient. Workers are proactive about giving customers a good experience. I have one concern: who decided that the chairs should be removed and that the outlets should be covered with plates? I don’t see why hostile architecture is being employed against paying customers. At least update the images so that nobody else blows money on an Uber here.. Sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes without moving at 6:18am. I work half a mile down the road, and this place made me late. I couldn't even leave if I wanted to with the drivethru, basically trapping you in until you reach the cashier. I didn't get to the window until 6:35am. Are the employees here not allowed to drink coffee? There's no sense of urgency. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This is the "downtown" Starbucks, and they get ALOT of business, but even if the drive-thru line is 15-20 cars long, they still get you served and on your way in about 5 minutes, with a smile. Good job! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
