Starbucks at The Outrigger Reef is not a corporate Starbucks and sadly not the same service. I ordered a drink that wasn't made properly and Barista refused to remake it. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Tori and Heather were extremely unprofessional and rude. They both laughed in my face when I told them there was cream in the coffee I had ordered when it was supposed to had been black. Heather said if I have an issue with the coffee, to call corporate and she rudely and aggressively slapped down the sheet of paper that I’ve attached to this email. Never in my have I experienced such trauma. After she rudely handed me a sheet of paper with her name on it, she told me to get out of “her store” or the cops would be called. I am appalled Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
