Great location great service by all the ladies there. They always make my drinks fast and never mess up. Always happy to help. My only concern is there is one guy named Edward who seems like he is not in the greatest mood to be at work I sometimes hear him dictate the ladies working there. He might. Be a supervisor or not I am not sure but he needs to show some enthusiasm and teamwork, this is not Cuba. Maybe I will leave a 5 star review everyone especially the manager Carla is wonderful.

I was incredibly sad to see this location close. Not only was it walking distance from my home, but it had an incredible staff. I'm going to miss them terribly. According to the general manager, they got priced out of the space by ever-increasing and over-inflated rent. They've opened up an enormous new.location about a mile east at Ventura and Newcastle. Easily twice as large (or more) plus a drive-thru and a parking lot. A few of the staff transferred over. Not the same vibe, but it'll do....

My absolute favorite Starbucks location! I am so sad this location closed it was my local SB and walking distance! The employees knew me as a regular and were very friendly. The interior is very urban, high ceilings, spacious, lots of seating etc. It also has more than enough outdoor seating. I think the reason why they closed it down is because middle schoolers would hang around there and wouldn't consume. It was pretty annoying they would yell and skate. Weird.
