I came at 745 am and there were 3 people inside the cafe and one car in the drive through. I waited 25 minutes for an americano. I asked about it multiple times and was told it was next, meanwhile 20+ cars come and go in the drive through. I did not have a car that fit in the drive through so i had to walk in. This is more like a sit down starbucks where you wait an hour for your order to come out. Next time i would hope they have the decency to tell me to have a seat and wait an hour to be served Yall suck. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just gave birth to my daughter yesterday and my husband and I were headed home today to introduce her to her brother. Little did my pregnancy brain realize, but I put my order in at our home Starbucks, almost 2 hours away. When I tell you, without knowing anything but that and they took care of me to every bit of my order. I am so appreciative. I frequent salina for groceries and Dr visits and will continue to come back to this Starbucks for their above average customer service. Thank you!!
