A hello, hi, nod, welcome, smile, heck I would have even taken an eyebrow lift.....but I got nada! Did a mobile app order because we were towing our trailer and when I walked in there wasn't one single customer waiting or at the counter and yet they still couldn't even muster a hello! I had to get my own straw, asked for water got an eye roll on that one and best of all I said thanks and have a great day and guess what!?!?! You guessed it, no thanks you too! Crickets! 4 separate women working there couldn't even acknowledge my presence enough to realize that I was being really nice and having a nice day and wanted them to have one too! Sigh! I forget why I can't stand Starbucks until I have an experience like this.
