Delightful tasting menu. Each dish delicately prepared with the freshest ingredients. The chicken course was unexpectedly well executed, with even the chicken breast soft, tender and remarkably tasty. Service staff was ever the most meticulous and thoughtful. With plates pre warmed and chilled to maintain the ideal serving temperature. By warned though. The 12 course tasting menu has actually 17 courses. With 5 appetizer/dessert courses that appeared out of no where. Do come with a very empty stomach and be prepared for a 4 hour long dinner. The 6 course set menu would have been more appropriate for most people. Curious though why their breads were baked in what seemed like muffin trays. Whether out of novelty or convenience, it didn't seem very clear.
Absolutely tip top class. The star in Michelin is well deserved. One dish after another with unbelievable tastes. Personal and professional service. Excellent, everything is excellent.
Incredible, each plate is nothing short of perfect.First dinner in my life where I can say that I loved every last bite.  We did the five course tasting menu; descriptions in the pictures.  Trying to fully write out how good this food tastes would only do it an injustice.
