Lovely food and great costumer care!
One star Michelin restaurant that is strategically located within walking distance of Oslo Central. Tried the tasting menu which consists of Norwegian cuisine with locally sourced ingredients with a modern twist. As expected of a Michelin starred establishment, they get top marks for food. Service was fair: found that they were perhaps slightly understaffed, so much so that during peak hours, courses could be better spaced. They entertained me even though I was half and hour early and they are not one of those strictly suit and tie places, so bonus points for that. Top marks for ambience. Definitely a place deserving of that Michelin Star. I find this place an easy recommend for people who happen to be visiting Oslo, 4.5 stars out of five.
Excellent, classic cooking with superb Norwegian raw foods
