If I could give zero stars I would... We got in the drive thru at 11:20pm and got to the window at 11:45pm, the website said they closed at midnight yet refused to take our order when we still had 15 minutes till official closing time. Worker was extremely rude and did not apologize or anything for closing early. On top of that, when I went to call their number to speak to a manager on this matter they decided to hang up on me which makes the situation even worse. Do better Steak 'n Shake, this is unacceptable

My favorite place to eat when I come to Peoria. Unfortunately they only had drive through available. It's not the same and the food wasn't as good.

Got great service today from Vestee. Family were seated right by the windows by the river. Fast friendly service and great food. The store manager Kim was outstanding as well and has a great team! This was one of our first trip to steak 'n Shake as we live in Phoenix and it was a great one. We hope to be back soon. The kids and our family had a great dinner!
