Love sitting at the restaurant and watching the planes & helicopters taking off & landing. Great food, value for money, great atmosphere, stunning views over the Stellenbosch mountains.

Ok, so I'm a little biased here, I have always loved this place - for starters it's in such a beautiful setting - you're gonna want to go for a flip here to see more of what I mean. I find the people generally friendly and approachable. I've been coming here for years and hope to keep doing so in future. I'm an aviation enthusiast and an aviation photographer. I also love being in the air. Take my word for it, take a drive out one Saturday and come watch the planes come and go. Sometimes events take place and this is where you'll see the most otherwise it can be quiet. From time to time there are air shows so check the Stellenbosch flying club website and Facebook page.

Was a very nice place, but now its became snobby and elitist place. Was force to sit outside in the rain when there was plentiful of space underneath canvas tent. Its a real shame. Won't go back again.
