Canadian food is worth a try here. Try good blt, bacon roll and avocado toasts. Most guests recommend trying tasty parfait, biscuits and croissants. It's a must to order delicious beer while coming to this cafe. Visit this place and have great latte, espresso or cappuccino.

I was so delighted by my lunch here that I came back for more the next day. The staff were pleasant and efficient, the space was clean, beautiful, and welcoming, and the food was magnificent. Considering its placement in both Banff and the Fairmont, the prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality. I would absolutely recommend stopping in here, even if you aren't staying at the hotel. Great spot for a bite, there sandwiches are top notch as is there coffee. The retail was a surprise I was able to pick up a few gift items for family members, the Camp Four candles were a hit with my sister-in-law and niece. The Rundle purple gin impressed my brother. Differently a place to visit while in Banff. Stopped at STOCK Food & Drink located on the first floor of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel one morning for a coffee and quick bite to eat before a day of adventure. I ordered a pricey breakfast sandwich and latte...both were pretty good. The breakfast sandwich came with a fried egg which ended up being a bit messier than I would have liked due to the runny yolk! The sandwich also had delicious bacon and aioli, served on a brioche bun. My order did take a bit to prepare but, nonetheless, STOCK is a great option for a grab and go breakfast or lunch.
