OSMOSI. .. Osteria moderna is pretty near Chiesa di San Flaviano. The menu of this restaurant is recommended to Italian and Mediterranean cuisine lovers. We went to Osmodi on February 10th for dinner, the place was just for us. In these cases it's worth the trip, the restaurant pays great attention to detail, the chef Deborah was fantastic (thanks again) we had a 6-course tasting and wine tasting, particularly pay attention to intolerances and allergies. as regards the menu in words it is difficult to explain what we felt while eating its dishes, it was a carousel of flavours, smells and consistencies of the dishes above the average of many famous starred ones. We will come back for sure Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Antipastino Di Salmone Selvatico Marinato, Calamaretto Alla Piastra, Semifreddo Al Pistacchio, Tiramisù Di Baccalà Con Crema Di Ceci Neri, Tartare Di Fassona, Tonnerò, Seppie Ripiene, Tortellini All Amatriciana Con Ripieno Di Pesce

Optimal!! Eating here is a complete surprise, relying on the guidance of the chef/owner you reach a goal that leaves you very satisfied. The Osmosi Osteria Moderna, located in the heart of Montefiascone, offered my partner and me a gastronomic experience that was a sensorial journey through the flavours, aromas and high quality of the raw materials present in Chef Debora Costantini's kitchen. Debora is a synthesis of instinct, technique, humility and passion. He shared with us some of his techniques and the experiences gained in his journey of continuous training which he reflects in every dish that comes out of his kitchen. We preferred to rely on the tasting menu which was divided into colors and flavors that always surprised the palate and the sight. The ending was written with a Baba with a birthday candle which I found delightful and I say this as a Neapolitan. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
