I’ve been numerous times here at Mira Moon Hotel at the third floor which is their restaurant called Supergiant, which operates from breakfast to dinner serving cocktails as well. I think this place is underrated and deserving for everyone to visit and have a great time. Not only I have came for set lunch, brunch and even dinners. I also love their cocktails! Pretty fun concept, amazing food and awesome vibe. My recommendation is to go for their Kinilaw (a ceviche that is from the Philippines) and also their Lamb which is something I had more than twice already. I even attended their Four Hands Event between the executive chef Sheldon and mixologist Lorenzo. It was packed and the vibes were off the roof. But the true stars here are the staff, thanks to Zack, Liezl and Ariel who are always so accommodating and smiling whenever I come to Supergiant. Keep going and looking forward to your next Four Hand Events. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$200–250 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Here is a hidden gem in Wanchai, cozy, have good food, well-decorated restaurant with plenty of room for you to chat with your close friends. Western dishes and Asian dishes with clear indication of gluten free, vegetarian, vegan or not. If you have food allergy, they can suit your need. Today we had tried set lunch, starter with salad, main was salad with Japanese noodle. All combine well in taste and presentation, love the colour the chef chose. We also chose deep fried squid, sea brass, satay from A la carte menu. The use of Pandan leaves made all the dishes became refreshing! Intoxicating Sunday Brunch@Supergiant Sunday should be a relaxing and comfortable time! I like to have a slow brunch on Sundays the most. Last week, I went to a restaurant in a hotel in Causeway Bay with my friends and tasted a Sunday Brunch that was very cost-effective in terms of price and food quality. Today I’m going to do it with you. Let’s share a delicious Sunday with everyone! The restaurant is the Supergiant Social Dining & Cocktail Bar located in the Moon Hotel in Causeway Bay. We came to taste the newly launched The Bartender Brunch today. Having brunch without some alcohol is a bit awkward! For brunch here, you can enjoy a two-hour wine experience for $198, which includes a variety of classic wines and cocktails. If you want to enjoy more, you can enjoy unlimited champagne for $398 in addition to classic wines and cocktails. , will definitely allow everyone to have a leisurely, comfortable and tipsy morning and afternoon. I was the first to taste the blood orange flavored Gin Tonic! The beautiful and elegant pink color is very eye-catching. Driven by the alcohol, I already feel hungry. This brunch costs $368 per person. You can choose from two delicious snacks, then choose your favorite delicacies from the sumptuous main course, and finally choose a dessert. There are 4 delicacies in the three courses, which I believe will make everyone very satisfied. . The crowd makes things easier and we can taste all 5 appetizers! The first dish to be served is the tuna marinated in sour sauce. The yellowfin tuna is seasoned with tangerine and Italian balsamic vinegar. You can put it on top of the fried fish chips to taste together. It is soft and crispy. The hot and sour taste is so delicious. Next up is the Asian Seaweed Salad This salad is very filling! It contains seaweed, cucumber, tomato, edamame, avocado, radish and bean sprouts. It is paired with Japanese-style salad sauce and tastes so refreshing and feels so healthy that you can eat two more bites. After finishing the salad, wake up with the delicious salt and pepper fried calamari! The squid is very tasty when paired with fried garlic and not greasy at all. It is even more delicious when tasted with a little Sriracha chili sauce. Continue to have super long deep-fried crab meat spring rolls that are crispy and not oily, and add sweet and spicy sauce to taste! Don’t forget that the fried crab roe that comes with the dish is very crispy and delicious, which is the finishing touch. The last one is my favorite grilled satay skewers. The grilled chicken is paired with the rich satay sauce, which is very tempting! The sour radish that comes with the dish is also very delicious. It has a sweet and sour taste. Everyone can try every appetizer. It will make you happier if your friends order more meals, haha. When it came to the main course, we each chose our favorite dishes! My friend chose this roasted Australian lamb rack and Angus beef cheeks with jasmine rice (additional $68). As a non-beef and sheep person, I couldn’t appreciate it! But seeing them eating with gusto, I believe the quality must be very good. This is toasted sourdough bread with avocado! The sourdough bread is spread with avocado puree, topped with poached eggs, mixed with Sriracha mayonnaise and tasted together, adding a little bit of tanginess to the freshness. What I want to try the most is the Kurobuto pork chop (additional $68). The grilled Kurobuto pork is tender in color and juicy when eaten. The miso butter sauce that goes with it enhances the flavor of the meat a lot! The kimchi that came with the dish was so tasty that I ate a lot of it and was very attracted to it. Finally, there’s a filling Japanese chicken cutlet sandwich! The crispy chicken breast is tender and not chewy at all. Adding pickled cabbage adds a refreshing taste, and the crispy buns make a perfect combination. For dessert, I chose the Moonana Banana Boat for two people, which contained caramelized bananas, strawberries and ice cream. When eating, I topped it with mixed berry jam and passion jam to make the taste even more layered. Finally, of course, have a cup of hot mint tea to relieve stagnation and fatigue! We spent the 3 hours of brunch peacefully and comfortably and really enjoyed it. The Bartender Brunch charges $368/person (plus 10% service charge) and is available on Sundays from 12:00 to 15:00.
