We also appreciate your feedback regarding service. Saturdays can be incredibly busy for us and on this occasion our team was truly run off their feet trying to look after a full restaurant both upstairs dining & downstairs. Whilst that’s not an excuse we can understand how frustrating it can be to wait for service or have tables cleared more slowly. We are sharing your comments with our team as we work to continue to improve our customer experience during our busy periods. We hope to welcome you and your group back soon.

Forgetting your initial order, missing a subsequent drink order, and serving mains before your entrée plates had been cleared are all lapses in service that we take seriously. While our restaurant can become lively and energetic, particularly during busy service periods, we understand that the overall experience is shaped by much more than the food alone.
