Sushi Jiro | QS003 QV, Melbourne VIC 3000 Sushi Jiro is a convenient and affordable sushi train restaurant, in Japanese it’s called Kaitenzushi. A type of sushi restaurant characterized by the conveyor belt that winds through the restaurant. There are multiple Sushi Jiro locations around Melbourne where you can enjoy sushi, sashimi and other small plates, but the quality varies from restaurant to restaurant, unfortunately. The sushi rice was a bit dry and some of the sushi plates didn’t taste as fresh as the others. And some of the dishes didn’t have enough seasoning and the seaweed salad was a bit too salty. We expected a bit more from Sushi Jiro QV. Finn bites dining experience 3.5/5 $$ Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40

Terrible service. We put our bags on the next chair with no people in the same row. A female waitress with a ponytail was very rude by forcing us to put the bags on the dirty floor. When we finished dinner, stood up and were about to check out, she asked us again not to put the bags on the chair. The restaurant didn’t even follow the COVID distancing rule. They put the customers sit very closely even though there were still a lot of space at the back. Never come again.
