The menu of Japanese cuisine is to the pleasure of all visitors here. Visit this restaurant for a break and order good sushi and nicely cooked prawns. Many guests mark that the staff is pleasant here.

Best sushi in Brownsbay! Deep friend and so many different varieties to choose from.
Owner is friendly and helpful and such a sweetie. Been supporting them for 2 years and Neco will continue to have my support +5 ????stars no 1 store !

Neck sushi needs re arrangement their tacky deco but sushi and separate tempura corner is yummy and staff is always friendly and smiling. Chicken skewer with chili sauce is good

Average sushi joint in terms of price and selection. But have to agree with previous reviewers re honesty. Went in to get a few pieces for my kids. Per their posted price list, it should have cost $4. Instead I was charged $7.40 at the register. Figured I had misread the sign so didn't make a fuss. Then kids wanted more so I went back. Scrutinized the sign this time to make sure I had gotten price of $4 right: this time I was charged $10!! When I pointed to the price list, I got a shrug and "these are more" - further questions just met with shrugs of (alleged) incomprehension. Would/should have walked away but kids were hungry. (Woman ahead of me had asked for chicken skewer and was given squid - also paid up. Sometimes we are too nice!!) Later the same day, went to Tokyo Express at Link Drive in Wairau Park. Had exactly the same sushi (type, quality, size, etc) for $1 each. Will not return to Neco Sushi again - there are other better options nearby.
