I have never been to your restaurant before, based on a reliable recommendation, I came in today to test the kitchen for the first time. The location is fabulous, the environment is sophisticated and elegant! The servers are really nice, very polite. I'm gluten sensitive, so it's not always easy for me to order or find gluten-free alternatives, but all the staff were willing to help me. The menu is really extremely colorful: in addition to the traditional favorites, there are also 1-1 more special dishes, which makes the offer truly unique! Plus, all the soy sauce on the table in the restaurant is gluten-free by default, so I didn't have to ask for it separately! I ordered a set of 9: 3 with salmon maki, 3 with avocado - salmon maki and 3 with salmon nigiri. In the course of my life so far, I have been lucky enough to eat sushi in many countries, in many places; I had a well-proven, favorite place at home too. So far. However, the Sushi Sei version took everything, you could say it contained, it was a real taste explosion in my mouth!! The fish was amazingly heavenly, with a soft texture like I was eating butter. The freshness is outstanding! The texture of the rice was also perfect. I had the best sushi of my life here, no doubt about it! The only downside is that they have very high prices, but as they say: you have to pay for quality, I have no compromises on this, I am willing to pay more for such delicacies.
