That’s quite rude of you Ville. It is not okay for you to assume we’re Chinese and to call us “dirty”. To review readers, allow me to explain what happened yesterday. Ville and her family came to Sushi Win at lunch time to celebrate her husband’s birthday. After they promptly ordered on the QR code, BellaBot came to deliver water and utensils. Soon edamame and seaweed salad was brought to the table on porcelain. The husband came up to the bar and requested plates as opposed to the styrofoam plates, which was honored. Right as the plates were set on the table, Ville went on and expressed her thoughts and emotions then stormed off as I stood there quietly waiting for my opportunity to speak that was never given. Ville, if you had waited another 3 minutes. Your food would’ve been ready and you would’ve seen the food beautifully presented on a giant porcelain plate. We only use styrofoam plates from the stock we’ve had during COVID. Please read other reviews as to why we use them and why we got the robot. I believe in by gones be by gones. If you or your family ever come back, you’d still be treated with love and compassion as it is what we take most pride in other than the food we serve. But misinforming the public with infactual statements was uncalled for. -Sushi Win
