Several points: The worst for me: sashimi (23 euros) did not taste good. It's the least I expected. Service leaves a lot to be desired: delivery people coming and going, you had to ask several times for them to bring you something (the bill, the beer), I cleaned the table with the napkin. They served us the broken glass and I was surprised that they didn't say thank you when we left. You don't expect all these details when you pay 50 euros per person. Meh. Very surprised by the good reviews it has: I didn't like anything I ate and I am unable to recommend anything or find anything good to highlight. Cotton sashimi, proof of the general quality of the raw material, is very weak. We tried a lot of sushi but everything left me indifferent, I fell in love with nothing. The wine was bad and I had to change it. The service, very slow and very clueless. I don't know where they buy the wasabi substitute or if it was expired, but it doesn't taste like anything and doesn't sting no matter how much you add it (that contributed to the fact that the sushi didn't taste like much to me and made me bored). Price: €50 per person. The quality-price ratio seems terrible to me: it is not a cheap place, but the quality of the product and the preparation of the sushi is not up to what you pay. For this price there are better options in Valencia, I would say even cheaper. And for a little more you can go to an excellent place and have an unforgettable dinner. My only doubt is whether the rest of the menu will be better, but I don't recommend the sushi nor would I risk repeating it. In a word: mediocre. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
