It's just disgusting. People can't use the app. How was it I ordered a self-delivery in the application, I come in 15 minutes. They tell me to wait 10 minutes. Waited. I come, they ask me to wait another 7 minutes. Everyone around has already eaten in the 3rd circle. While I was waiting, they called me and said that there was no dish. Too often they stopped taking orders! It's okay if there are not enough products. But! Either there is only one employee working, or they simply refuse to accept the order without explanation! What kind of service?? Placed an order and paid online! The website says the wait is 60 minutes! They call me back and say that the order will be in 2 hours!! I issued a return, so now I have to wait 3-5 days for the money! I'm shocked!
