I have been to this restaurant quite a few times (both this one and Alberto Aguilera's), I hadn't been there for about a year and yesterday when I returned I was very surprised (in a bad way) by the size of the maki rolls, which are half the thickness than they used to be. However, the price is the same. Price per person: €30–40

I booked through another APP (the Fork) and the prices and discounts offered there were not respected. At the time of paying the bill they did not take responsibility for the lack of coordination. It seems like a scam to me. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Mixed Experience. My recent visit to Sushita Café Restaurant left me with mixed feelings, and I feel compelled to share both the positives and negatives of my experience. Let me begin with the positives. The food at Sushita Café was truly excellent – kudos to the talented chefs who crafted dishes that were not only original but also delicious, spicy, and beautifully presented. The timely service at our table was satisfactory, and our waitress was friendly and accommodating. The music was played by a really good DJ good vibes & good volume to still enjoy food & talk. I also had the pleasure of meeting Natasha, the manager, who exuded warmth and enthusiasm. However, my positive impressions were marred by significant issues with the front-of-house staff. The hostesses and the floor manager displayed a lack of professionalism that greatly impacted our overall experience. Despite having a reservation, we were left waiting outside in the cold rain for a disconcerting 20 minutes with no updates on the status of our table. This lack of communication was disheartening. To make matters worse, I had the unfortunate experience of overhearing the floor manager speaking disparagingly about my friends and I while we were seated nearby. As someone who works in customer service, I was genuinely shocked by this unprofessionalism and, consequently, left deeply disappointed. Adding to the disappointment was the absence of any apology or acknowledgment of the inconveniences we faced. In my opinion, a sincere apology and an effort to rectify the situation could have gone a long way in mitigating the negative impact of the evening. In conclusion, while the culinary aspect of Sushita Café deserves praise, the overall experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of certain staff members. I sincerely hope that this was an isolated incident and not indicative of a broader issue at the establishment.
