Swabbies has a very fun outdoor pirate vibe and features above average cover bands. It's a great outdoor spot with river views where dogs and kids are welcome. Keep an eye on website for band information. Paying $15 or $20 for live music is a great deal, unless you just want food and then you are paying for restaurant entry. The tacos, chips & salsa with guac, and philly cheesesteak sandwich are where it's at. I would pass on the spinch salad (it was covered with surprise bacon) and the house salad was just lettuce and cheese.
