Excellent service by waiting staff and fast delivery of food to one of our tables. Unfortunately the kids were at the other table and bythe time the sausages arrived they were very much overcooked and not palatable to an autistic sausage eater. The veggie chilli was fabulous!!!

Avoid the carvery at all cost Had to insist the meat was changed as what was out was very dry Which they would have gladly served if nothing was said If you like your gravy like water then this is the place for you Served coffee that was like water Very few redeeming qualities unfortunately very dissapointing

We had a lovely carvery on Sunday although short on staff so only carvery an option however our server Aimee was lovely and was so kind to our little boy we have not yet had a bad meal in the sweet chestnut so will be back
