So few friends in our group wanted to visit one more bar for the night and this bar was already suggested by a friend. Our bartender at Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery ( yelp.com/biz/sweet-liber ...) also gave his blessing so our party walked and arrived at 11:30 PM on Monday. Apparently Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply Company received The 2017 & 2018 World's 50 Best Bars and 2017 & 2018 Bar of the Year by Time Out. [Atmosphere]: Our party got a table immediately and my friends were disappointed by how empty the dance floor (at the center of the bar) was. DJ played really loud music and I had some difficult time having a conversation with my friends. Service was alright and the staff got our orders correctly. The check also comes with automatic 20% service charge. [Drink & food menu]: Drinks include bubbles, wine, cocktails, beers, draught beers, etc. Food includes raw oysters, appetizers (tartare, deviled eggs, elote, salad, nachos, dip & chips, tater tots, etc), lobster mac & cheese, chicken wings, sandwiches, tomato soup, Korean short rib, etc. *** Pickled Deviled Eggs ($11): I got this order per Yelp's highlights and the order wasn't too bad, but it wasn't so good that it was absolutely memorable. Smoked Buffalo Chicken Wings ($19):I didn't order this, but I had a sample and it was actually pretty good. *** Decent American bar with a dance floor and diverse food options, but this is not a bar to have a romantic or in-depth friend conversation due to loud DJ music. P.S. - While I was waiting for my Uber ride, a drunk lady approached and sat just few feet away from where I stood. Initially she had few hiccups and said sorry, then I mistakenly responded "you are fine" to her and I was completely taken aback when she said, "You could've say 'may I help you' and don't you think your flirt is going to work on me." I immediately walked toward to security guards and thankfully my Uber arrived just in time to get my out of a jam.
