I'd like to change the water a bit. The water felt uncomfortable and smelled like chlorine, not like before. I've come to eat many times. I'd like to improve it a bit.

The worst experience since I've ever eaten swensen's ice cream. I intended to order a mango sundae promotion. Waited about 10-15 minutes. The staff informed me that the ice cream was out of stock. So I asked to cancel but the employee informed me that the order had already been made. You can't cancel it anyway. Change the ice cream But we don't want to eat any other ice cream. After another 5 minutes, the employee came back to inform again that Scrape the ice cream from the bottom of the box and serve it to customers. (Sarcasm) And then Koi brought this menu and served it in a bad condition. Admit that you were afraid to eat it because you didn't know whether to scrape it from a discarded ice cream box or not? In the end I paid the employee speechlessly. It was my worst experience ever at Swensen's here.
