I'm impressed by food and service! We oftenly go to a restaurant, and food is delayed, we have to rush the waiter many many times. However, I went to have Thanksgiving lunch at Swiss Chalet with my family yesterday. The manager told us first that they were dealing with a huge order right now, our food will be delay, she felt so sorry, brought us free appetizer. I love the heads up, so we can get kids prepared for drawings or YouTube watching, and we don't need to always rush servers. Majority of customers are reasonable, and understandable. After lunch, she even brought kids free ice cream and toy cars as awards that they were such good kids. This is definitely our favorite restaurant, even there is no freebies, we are totally happy with how they deal with this.

I ordered wings and ribs for pick up and it asked if I wanted celery and carrot sticks for an extra 99cents... I got one little piece of both lol

We met our friends there for dinner, I was very happy and surprised that the hostess asked for our proof of Covid shots, very polite. First place we have been asked and was very happy to see it. Was very clean, waitress very friendly and helpful. Food was great. Waitress came by a couple of times to see how we were doing. Swiss Chalet should be very proud of their staff and how there customers are treated.
