That one waitress who is short and not swiss I think is extremely rude. We ordered fondue and I saw it was boiling and starting to burn. I wanted to ask her how to slow it down. I started asking, and she shuts me down saying “Its normal its boiling otherwise you are just eating cold cheese” and laughed and the other guests started laughing. It was so condescending as if I dunno what a Fondue is! She did not even let me finish my question. The rating is for the food as it was really tasty. We had the mushroom fondue.We went there the second time whenever we are in Chur, but not going anymore. She is not nice! Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We tried a classic fondue swisses and it was very tasty. They serve it with some bread & potatoes. The service was nice and fast. Recommended! An absolute gem tucked in Chur's medieval old town. Fondue Beizli is everything a traditional Swiss fondue restaurant should be — cosy, rustic, intimate and completely authentic. No tourist traps, just exceptional food in a wonderfully warm atmosphere. The Moitié-Moitié fondue was outstanding — a secret blend of six selected Swiss cheeses with white wine, served with fresh bread and potatoes. Rich, perfectly balanced and unlike anything we'd had before. A very special shout out to Vania, whose warm and attentive service made the whole evening genuinely memorable.
