Amazing food! I had the Tonkotsu Ramen and added a poached egg and the dish was phenomenal. There was a nice touch of ginger in the ramen that added a note of complexity to the dish that really separates this bowl from any other restaurant. Dont forget to add some of the complementary chili oil, I forgot to add some half way through and regret it! Be advised that there is only standing room and no chairs, but this adds to the experience of eating at Ten Ramen. You order from one of 2 kiosks and see the cooks (only two guys, props to them) hard at work to ensure great food! The ambiance truly gives authentic Japanese Ramen shop. Overall it's a great place to eat by yourself or with friend/ on a date. It truly is a great experience to eat at Ten Ramen.
