I had the Poke Bowl and it was some of the best food that I have had while staying in Okinawa. The quality of fish was quisite and it was a nice surprise that you were able to choose which sauce you had for your poke bowl. Not only that you could pick 2 of the 3 sauces. I also loved the music choice, it created a great vibe that went well with the pink colored establishment. Would absolutely recommend if in Okinawa!! Thought this was Japanese island food, turns out this is more Hawaiian than anything. Regardless, the food was amazing. We got the spicy garlic and squid ink island plates. The flavor was great and I liked that the rice was slightly yellow (I guess it was seasoned?). The okinawan salt fries were just ok. Meal type: Dinner

Absolutely loved my experience at Garlic Shrimp Okinawa! The food was incredible — the garlic shrimp was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and easily one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time. Every plate looked amazing and tasted even better. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and super welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. On top of that, the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always smiling, which made the whole experience even more memorable. If you’re looking for delicious food, a fantastic vibe, and outstanding service, Garlic Shrimp Okinawa is definitely a place you need to try. Highly recommended!
