I remember the food had an interesting twist. A smart casual dining approach, the Greek way

This was our second visit after a long time. After placing our order for stewed fresh prawns the waiter wanted to confirm that we definitely wanted 10 prawns like we ordered and not the standard portion given with frozen prawns. We confirmed we wanted 10 fresh prawns. He then wanted to know if we wanted tomato sauce and feta cheese in the stew, which is the standard way of cooking stewed prawns in Greek restaurants... We confirmed that's what we wanted. We wouldn't have ordered a fresh prawn stew unless we wanted a fresh prawn stew... With some delay the waiter then brought us GRILLED fresh prawns... We told him that was not what we ordered but he was in denial... We reminded him of the numerous questions he'd had on the order of the specific dish. He said his question about the tomato sauce and feta cheese was with regards to the stewed mussels. Now we have not seen a mussel stew in any Greek restaurant ever that was made using tomato sauce. As indeed this restaurant doesn't make the mussel stew with tomato sauce either and while he was saying his excuse the dish was even in front of him on our table to see... There was no tomato sauce in it...
He then asked us can they add tomato sauce and feta cheese to the grilled prawns. We said no. We would like to be served what we had ordered, fresh prawn stew. The waiter said it would take a while and took the grilled prawns away. 10 minutes later he brought us back the same grilled prawns covered in tomato sauce and feta cheese. At this point we realised that it was no point arguing and that this restaurant had no intention of admitting their mistake, apologising or serving us what we had actually ordered. There was no other way... We had to eat grilled prawns swimming in tomato sauce and feta cheese. The appalling waiter also decided that it was a good idea to watch us closely as we consumed the impossible dish. We were charged 30 Euros for it...
Apart from the fact that this is someone obviously incapable of waiting on people to a professional standard, the restaurant must have decided that it was better to save its money on the wasted prawns than to please its customers or do the professional thing and serve them what they actually ordered. I repeat, we received no apology but they seemed to think that we are stupid enough to not remember what we ordered especially after the waiter had 100 questions on the order. Or could it be that they don't know the difference between grilled prawns and the traditional Greek prawn stew? Either way we will not be back under any circumstances and can only advise others to avoid this venue as much as they can. The mussel stew also was too salty and the roast aubergine contained more cheese than aubergine. We will not be back...
