Atendimento bem ruim, se eu tenho uma loja de charutos se espera que coloque um atendente que entenda de charutos, fui na loja físico pois queria uma experiência boa de compra, com um atendimento bom que entendesse de charuto e que me orientasse como um iniciante, mas a experiência foi horrível, melhor comprar pela internet que tem preços melhores.
