One of my worst taco bell experiences over 20 years. 3/4 items were incorrectly prepared and the 4th item, chips, came upside down and spilled all over the bag. I had to throw away one of the items due to dietary restrictions and would not have eaten the other items if I wasn't so hungry. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 3
