Nice, petite Taco spot in Cancún. We loved the food, especially the green sauce enchiladas is to die for ! Exceptional service, reasonable prices, fresh food and cute ambiance. Great location too, overlooking the bay ! Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for authentic Mex dishes.

The resort i was staying in didnt have tacos, so i had to venture out to find them, and i stumbled upon taco y tequila. The vibe here was awesome!! They had a live band who played music, the tortillas were being freshly made by a woman in the window, the meat was on spits on view as well, and they gave us a coupon for a buy one get one margarita! Score!! It was also by the water so the view was outstanding! This place is located in the la isla mall in Cancun, and i had a wonderful time. Our server Danny boy was amazing! Very attentive, he explained everything perfectly and had this energy that was infectious. The drinks were sooooo good and soooo strong! They also was so cheap (i came here with 2 others and the entire meal was $54 American dollars. That was 6 margaritas, two orders of tacos, and my other friend ordered something else. I was shocked! It was a little spicy, but i didn't mind that too much. It didn't take away from the flavor of the meat and the freshly made to order tortillas. If you're in Cancun and by this mall, i highly recommend. It's right across from hooters, and they let you take your drinks to go! Score!! See pics below
