I recently visited Mexican Spot Taquera milear on nostrand ave and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. As the only black customer, I couldn't help but feel uneasy when I asked the waiter what time they closed, and it seemed like an unusual question given the circumstances. The take out closed 3am but the restaurant it’s self close midnight Throughout my meal, I felt like I was being repeatedly asked if I was finished I felt it was over extend , which only added to my discomfort. The constant pressure to prolong my stay made for an extremely uncomfortable dining experience. While the food itself may have been decent, the atmosphere and service left a lot to be desired. I hope that Taquera Milear takes this feedback constructively and works towards creating a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers in the future Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 4
