Visiting family. I had been to the RSA with family and friends on a previous occasion (ANZAC day celebrations). I live in Australia along with my friends. On this occasion I was getting my Uncles medals delivered. I had replicas ordered from Auckland. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Enjoyed a coffee at the cafe whilst I made enquiries regarding the medals. I now have both my fathers and Uncles medals which I wear on ANZAC day in Australia along with mine.

Very poor service. Arrived and ordered my food which was improved from previous experiences. Unfortunately then went to order a drink. The food came out whilst I was still at the bar waiting while 1 poor guy was building coffee's. I don't know how long it takes to cook 2 X burgers but for them to come out before I was served at the bar is ridiculous. Thankfully no one was waiting to get their pokie pay out, as it was I told the bar person to forget it and went and sat down to eat my meal. Poor service !!!
