Had a wonderful first experience here. I was craving Boba and googled something close by and happened to be near Colorado Tea station. My plan was to stop in quickly but was quickly taken by the friendliness and general atmosphere. My partner and I grabbed our books from the car and decided to stay a while. I have been going to Colorado Tea Station since they opened in 2020. In fact, I went twice this week but, today will be my last day! The owner Lancey is incredibly rude and lacks patience for her customers. Despite me coming for years, she has been very passive aggressive lately and today took the cake. I asked her employee to add extra sweetness in mine and my friends drink because they were bland. Her employee was happy to help up until she intervened rudely and said “I was the one who made your drink and I did put sweetener”. After arguing with me, I decide I didn’t want my drink fixed if it met being disrespected and treated like an inconvenience. So, I threw my drink away on the way out. Once I left the establishment I decided to call Lacey on the phone and explain why I felt she has been rude to a loyal customer. However it instead turned into her screaming at me and telling she didn’t have the patience because she has working a 12 hour day and then prooced to tell me her family troubles and that I don’t need to come to the establishment anymore. WHICH I GLADLY WILL NOT PUT MONEY IN A COMPANY WHO DOESNT VALUE CUSOTMER AND CANNOT ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR WRONG DOINGS! There is plenty boba shops in Colorado that I can put my money towards who won’t yell at me.
