Received a phonecall from this café claiming to be my mobile service provider. 3/5 acting, nice enough attitude. Next time, please provide believable discounts (not a staggering 45%) for better outcomes. Service: 3

I came in here with my family and was very disappointed. My nan ordered a scone which was rock hard and stale. We mentioned it to a staff member and we didn’t get any apology she was very rude and kept giving our table dirty looks. We did get a refund for the scone but how they dealt with everything else wasn’t very professional. We felt uncomfortable. Sandwiches were also ordered which were overly filled with mayo and the bacon was chewy. Overall wasn’t very happy with this experience. Wouldn’t recommend. Service: Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Had a great lunch at Tea & Times! You can make any sandwich a jacket potato or bowl. My dirty chai was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a great buzzing community atmosphere. Def recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
