Understaffed and poor service. We ordered 3 pho bowl and 1 ribeye and bone marrow fried rice. We've had better pho and their signature ribeye and bone marrow was not good at all. The rice taste burnt not crunchy. The bone marrow was basic. They only have 2 condiments Sriracha and hoisin sauce. No soy sauce. They ran out all Ingredients for coffee and tea. I thought I came to a restaurant called Tebo Pho & Tea. We heard other customers ordering tea as well and everyone was pretty disappointed when told they are all out of ingredients. First and last time visiting here
