Creative and fresh are two words in my mind after a wonderful experience at Temaki Den. Most sushi ordered are torched, quite enhanced texture and subtle flavor. Handrolls are also deliciously arranged. Food is very fresh and sourced from Japan, Europe, Patagonia, sound all over the world. Chefs explained composition of each food and source of protein, which is how I know where they are sourced. The freshness maintained the quality standard of sushi, the creativities they put them together brought out wow moments. Salmon oshizushi is absolutely a must. Wagyu is amazing. This is my first time here, it has been become my top choice in Denver. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–90
